Thirty four members of the Los Angeles Concierge Association (LACA) visited Pasadena for a VIP Tour of our area’s finest attractions: Breakfast at the Ritz-Carlton, Huntington Hotel; a bus tour of some of the city's most beautiful neighborhoods and popular landmarks; lunch at Porto Alegre at Paseo Colorado; a docent-led tour of the Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens; private tours of the Gamble House, the Norton Simon Museum and the Rose Bowl; ending with a Farewell Reception at Twin Palms and dinner in historic and vibrant Old Pasadena at Cafe Santorini. Special VIP Gift Bags were given to each concierge and a drawing was held for lots of terrific prizes.

Destination Pasadena, a tour, meeting planning and event production company, with nearly 30 years of professional project management experience, was the organizer of this special event.

Promotion of Pasadena to these powerful and influential tour industry professionals leads to more visitors to our city's restaurants, museums, hotels, shops, entertainment venues and more.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to help make this an annual event by pledging to become a sponsor by underwriting budget expenses, contributing to the VIP Gift Bags for each concierge or donating special prizes for our raffle drawing.
